工业工程专业毕业设计（论文）-变速器装配问题为研究汇.doc

内容摘要 本论文以变速器装配问题为研究对象，以装配合格率为改进方向，综合应用了质量管理的相关理论和(QC)方法，本着质量改进的基本原则和方法，针对影响产品质量的各种因素进行逐步分析研究，从人机料法环(4M1E)五个方面查明一些常见的质量问题，导出影响质量问题的关键因素。按照全面质量管理的工作程序 (即PDCA循环), 运用排列图，因果图，控制图等统计方法对质量问题进行了系统的分析。 先从整体上对一轴和二轴做了工序质量控制，再从零部件方面选择了换档问题、气路问题、敲击问题作为主要改进对象，并制定了可行的改进方案，从而达到了提高装配合格率、降低变速器装配成本、提高企业利润的目的。并提出了一般变速器故障诊断 关键词：PDCA循环 4M1E 质量改进 全面质量管理 resume The present paper take the transmission gearbox assembly question as the object of study, take assembled the qualified rate as the improvement direction, the synthesis has applied the quality control correlation theories and the (QC) method, in line with the quality improvement basic principle and the method, carried on in view of influence product quality each kind of factor analyzes the research gradually, verified some common quality question from the man-machine material law link (4M1E) five aspects, derived the influence quality question the key aspect.According to the Total Quality Management working routine (i.e. the PDCA circulation), the utilization arrangement chart, the cause and effect chart, statistical methods and so on control chart have carried on the system analysis to the quality question. First overall has made the working procedure quality control to an axis and two axes, then chose from the spare part aspect shifted gears the question, the air course question, the rap question took the main improvement object, and has formulated the feasible improvement program, thus had achieved the enhancement assembly qualified rate, reduced the transmission gearbox assembly cost, enhances the enterprise profit the goal.And proposed the common transmission gearbox common breakdown diagnosis method and the transmission gearbox assembling and dismantling matters needing attention, as well as some spare part overhaul method, the quality question which appears frequently to the transmission gearbox assembly process in has certain model function.
