长 春 工 业 大 学 自学考试毕业论文 我国农家乐的经营管理现状及对策研究 报考专业: 工商管理 准考证号: 姓 名: 指导教师: 2011 年 03 月 05 日 摘 要 农家乐作为酒店与旅游资源消费相结合的特色产物,是旅游度假区的重要组成部分并且占有巨大的市场。对于农家乐分布众多的我国旅游业来说,对农家乐经营管理现状的分析并提出问题解决策略具有现实意义,国内对其经营管理方面的理论研究仍于起步阶段。本文通过对我国农家乐经营管理状况的调查分析,在现有国内外对相关方面的资料研究基础上,试图寻找对我国旅游农家乐的经营管理具有现实指导意义的管理理论方法。 关键词:农家乐;现状;存在的问题;对策 Research on the Status and Measures of Management of Resort Hotels in China 【Abstract】As the production of the combine of hotels and tourism resources, the resort hotels is an important part of the tourism resort and it owns large market. The research on the status and the measures of the problems of management will have actual meanings for our tourism market, where many hotels are scattered.
