Overall, corporate governance is a multi-disciplinary research area to make company operate efficiently through designing contract, organization, legislation. In a practical point, corporate governance means to minimize the agent cost in order to realize the maximum value of the firm through constructing reasonable governance structure and perfect mechanism of external corporate governance. This article takes Hebei Chengde Lolo limited company as the research object and analyzes it from four aspects: behavior of controlling shareholders, board of directors, board of supervisors and the information disclosure system to improve its corporate governance mode method.
