辽师大版（一起）一年级英语下册教案 Unit 1 Whats this in English? Lesson 4 Good morning, everyone! I’m very glad to stand here to talk about《Fun With English》Book2, Unit1 What’s this in English? Lesson4.This lesson is the forth lesson of Unit1, so the students must learn it well, to get ready for the other lessons. Teaching content In this lesson, I will teach 2 parts: Learn to Say and Look, Listen and Say. Students will learn three words: “pig\lion\cow and one sentence: What’s this\that in English?” Teaching target: The students are in Grade 3. Our boys and girls are exposed to English for the first time, so it is very important to develop their keen interest in English. Teaching aims 1. Aims on the knowledge Learn to speak and try to use: “What’s this\that in English?” Make sure that Ss can use these sentences to ask. To teach students read and use three words “pig\lion\cow.” Learn to sing the song “What is this in English?”　 2. Aims on the abilities Develop Ss’ abilities of listening and speaking. 3. Aims on the emotion To train the Ss’ ability of working in groups.　 Important points To help the students use “What’s this\that in English?” and make sure they can use it to ask. Difficult points Learn to pronounce the words “English \ pig \lion\cow.” Key-points of this lesson Develop Ss’ interest in English. Teaching methods In this lesson I’ll mainly use “Task-based” teaching method. That is to say, I will let the Ss learn in real situations, help the Ss to get a better understanding of the dialogue and words .And I also use creative situation\ TPR\ to study and pratice the words and sentences. Learning methods In this class, the student through the discovery study, the cooperation study to learn the new knowledge. Teaching tools In this lesson a recorder\cards\pictures\animals’ toys will be needed. Students should prepare some animals’ toys to get ready for the new lesson.
