Greetings.

Ss ask and answer “how old is he/she?” in turns.
Step 2 Presentation and drill
1.T shows some rulers.
T: What is this?
Ss:It is a ruler.
T: How many rulers are there? Let’s count together.
Ss count from 1-10.
T points to some books and asks: How many books are there?
Ss learn to answer:
2.game: Guess! How many…are there?
T holds cards to let Ss guess.
Learn Part B.T emphasizes the plural form of nouns is putting “s” at the end of nouns.
3. Ss Listen to the tape and read after the tape.
