本科生毕业论文 中小企业库存现金管理的问题及对策探析  摘要 改革开放之后，社会主义市场经济蓬勃发展，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。企业要想在市场经济中获得长足的发展和竞争力，就要获得最大的利益，企业现金的管理、控制和相关制度的制定成为企业蓄力发展的关键，这就需要企业重视企业的现金管理，因为中小企业形式比较灵活，在我国经济组织中比较特殊，多年来来我国缺乏对中小企业现金管理的重视，随着中小企业的空前发展，慢慢的进入公众的视野，这篇论文就是在对部分中小企业现金管理的观察的基础上，对我国目前中小企业现金管理现状进行研究并指出存在的不足，提出解决库存现金管理问题的对策与建议。完善企业库存现金的管理制度，对经营风险进行合理的控制，从而提升库存现金的利用效率，有利于企业的健康可持续发展。在对中小企业库存现金管理的观察中，实际操作中存在着很多的问题，通过对问题的分析得出出现问题的原因。其次针对不同的问题，从企业内部和外部环境两方面提出合理的改善建议。 关键词：中小企业；库存现金管理；问题及对策 Abstract with the constant improvement of Chinas socialist market economic system, market competition is increasingly fierce, enterprise want to stand out in the fierce market, achieve better economic efficiency, must grab from management, cash management, however, has been the academic and enterprise managers have been studying the problem, due to the particularity of small and medium-sized enterprises and flexibility, study of small and medium-sized enterprise cash management problems seriously enough. On the basis of the observations of some small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises of our country current situation of cash management research and points out the deficiencies, and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of cash management, it is necessary. Perfect enterprise vault cash management system, to the reasonable control of operational risks, improving efficiency of cash utilization, inventory is conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper analyses the problems of small and medium-sized enterprise cash management, step by step analysis of the specific factors affecting small and medium-sized enterprise cash management, find the root cause of the problem lies.
