* * V212后门导槽玻璃升降问题分析 analysis report for glass rising issue of V212 rear WGR V212后门导槽玻璃升降问题分析 analysis report for glass rising issue of V212 rear WGR 问题描述:issue description 客户反馈4S的V212导槽ISIR样品,在玻璃升降上,比CKD件慢,尤其是后门导槽, 为此我们进行了一系列比对实验，包括产品硬度、唇边的压缩负荷、绒毛摩擦系数以及玻璃滑动力，所有试验都是4S自己设计的,因此存在一定误差,但这些比对实验都是在相同条件下进行的, 其数据可以用来参考. Customer feedback there’s a little problem of V212 WGR ,especially the rear one, they found the glass was raised more slowly in 4S’s WGR than in CKD. We do many comparison tests ,including hardness 、 compression load of lip、 friction coefficient and glass sliding force . All these tests is designed by 4S, there may be some deviation ,but every test was done in the same condition, its data can reference.
