PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 国家电网电子商务平台部署与实施 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT ii PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT v 摘要 电子商务平台是现代网络交易的重要平台，国家电网为加强对物资的集约化管理，结合现代电子商务的理论和技术建立覆盖业务广、管理科学的国家电网电子商务平台。本文结合国家电网的特殊业务需求，利用电子化采购平台Ariba企业支出管理套件开发出国家电网电子商务平台。为实现国家电网电子商务平台建设，本文主要有以下研究内容： （1）研究了国家电网电子商务平台建设所涉及到的主要相关知识，包括电网相关的业务知识，电子商务相关知识，基于Ariba的电子化采购平台的相关技术知识； （2）详细研究了国家电网电子商务平台的主要业务需求，依据国网物资管理的业务范围，设计与构建国网公司物资管理未来业务能力蓝图。主要包括：需求计划管理、采购寻源管理、采购执行管理、合同管理、供应商管理与协同、标准化管理、质量管理、库存管理、配送管理、销售管理和统计分析； （3）分析了国家电网电子商务平台的数据分类情况，通过分析数据的不同分类方式来对国家电网电子商务平台中所用到的数据进行分类，按照招标采购业务特点，将电子商务平台应用数据分为主数据、模板数据、业务处理过程数据、非结构化文档数据和统计查询数据； （4）通过该课题的研究与设计，系统设计并实现了国家电网电子商务平台必备功能，并对核心功能模块进行了剖析。系统通过自主研发，具有很高的灵活性。为国家电网的进一步发展提供了很好的工具。 本文将Ariba电子化采购套件融入到了国家电网电子上网平台中，重点研究了系统的相关业务需求，并在此基础上设计了国家电网电子商务平台的总体设计和数据架构设计，最后设计开发了国家电子商务平台，具有很高的实际应用价值。 关键词：国家电网；电子商务；Ariba；电子商务平台 Abstract E-commerce platform is an important platform for network transactions, National Grid order to strengthen the integrated management of the materials, combined with the theory and technology of modern e-commerce to establish a wide coverage of business, Management Science, National Grid e-commerce platform. In this paper, the special business needs of the national grid, the use of e-procurement platform, Ariba Enterprise expenditure management suite to develop a national grid e-commerce platform.
