建筑企业事务流程管理系统 摘 要 伴随着信息技术、网络技术日新月异的发展，建筑公司的企业内部管理也进入了信息化时代，对于企业管理来说信息是重要的生产要素，对信息的良好把握成为在日益激烈的市场竞争中走向成功的重要途径。建筑公司企业在内部管理中，使用管理系统能够实现公司管理的系统化、规范化和自动化，能够提高对建筑项目的可控性和监管性，从而达到提高管理者的管理效率、降低管理风险和管理成本的目的。所以构建一个功能强劲的企业管理系统是建筑公司企业内部管理计算机化的不二选择。 随着网络技术的不断完善，人类已经进入了网络经济的新时代。对于建筑公司来说，通过信息技术整合人力资源和工程项目管理，改进管理手段、加速人力资源整体开发己成为必然趋势。 利用网络构建的建筑工程项目管理系统能够全面、准确、及时的采集有关项目的计划、进度、成本、质量的信息，并且对人力资源进行有效的管理，能显著的提高办公效率，降低成本，充分利用资源，加快工作流程和适应环境的变化，是保证项目成功实施的前提。 本系统使用流行的Struct2和Hibernate 技术构建，网站容器采用GlassFish并使用MySQL作为数据库，使用MyEclipse 集成开发环境开发。 关键词： 企业管理 流程管理 JAVA STRUCTS2 Construction Enterprise Process Management System Services ABSTRACT With the rapid development of information technology, network technology, construction companies have also entered the information age, it is important factor of production for business management, a good grasp of information become increasingly fierce competition in the market to important way to success.
