一种改进的 CELP 算法中文摘要随着现代移动通信的蓬勃发展，频带利用率与通信质量成为目前该领域两个 突出的问题。寻找低速率、高质量和低成本的语音声码器成为解决这些问题的有 效途径。码激励线性预测编码（CELP）是目前中低速率语音编码算法的主流，CELP 算法能够提供中低速率高质量的合成语音，但是当编码速率降至 4kbps以下时， 语音质量会有明显下降。本论文深入研究了码激励线性预测编码（CELP）方案。CELP算法中重要的模 块有线性预测（LP）分析，矢量量化技术、自适应码本、固定码本、码本增益矢 量量化和搜索等。在研究了FS1016算法基础上，对原编码算法进行了以下几方面 的小小改进。（1）改进了基音周期提取算法；（2）构造固定码本；（3）构造自适应码本；（4）采用新的语音消噪模块改进解码器中的后置滤波器。 用高级语言编写程序，进行软件仿真，通过比较合成语音与原始语音的波形图、语谱图，以此来说明新算法的性能优劣，仿真结果表明改进后的CELP算法得 到了较好的合成语音质量。关键词：语音编码，码激励线性预测，矢量量化技术，码本设计与搜索A Kind of Improved CELP AlgorithmAbstractWith the rapid development of modern mobile communication, the bandwidth utilization and speech quality have been the crucial problems. The valid approach to solve this problem is low rate, low cost and high quality speech codec.Syncretize method of coding based upon CELP (Code Excited Linear Prediction) is extensive researched in the thesis. The CELP algorithm includes many important module such as LP (Linear Predictive) analysis, adaptive codebook, random codebookand gain quantization of code etc. On the base of the FS1016 algorithm,I made thefollowing several aspects of the processing.First of all, Improved algorithm of pitch detection. Second, the training incentive random code book.
