万万建材公司运营管理系统的分析与设计 The Analysis and Design of Wanwan Building Materials Company Operation Management System 学科专业： 信息管理与信息系统 学生姓名： 学生学号： 指导教师： 定稿时间：  摘 要 本论文分析了目前建筑工程施工行业中建筑材料管理存在的问题，并指出万万建材公司旧管理模式下的不足，提出使公司运营管理信息化，数字化的目标。管理是公司运营的重要组成部分，处在核心的领导位置，省时省力并有条不紊的完成公司整体运营规划，急需一个管理系统的支持。加之材料市场的日益扩大，传统的人工管理模式早已招架不住繁杂的信息。本文在对用户功能需求分析的基础上，建立了实体关系模型，实现了E-R模型到数据库的转换。该管理系统主要模块包括计划管理、现场管理、统计报表、数据分析、基础信息、系统管理六部分,此系统可以使建筑材料管理业务从纯手工中解脱出来, 实现建筑材料管理信息系统简单化、规范化、合理化和科学化, 给企业的管理人员带来很大的方便和较高的效率。 关键词：公司运营管理系统；建筑材料；SQL Server2000；JAVA ABSTRACT 　　This article analyses the problems of building materials management which exist in construction industry and points out the shortages of old management mode of Wanwan Building Materials Co as well as the target which is the information and digitization of company operational management.Management is the important part of company operation and is in the core position.To complete the whole company operational planning with less time and energy is badly in need of the support from a management system.In addition,material market is expanding day by day,so traditional artificial management mode is not able to deal with the multifarious information.This article establishs the entity relationship model and realizes the transformation from the E-R model to the database which based on the analysis of user demand function.The main modules of this management system include six parts which are plan management, site management, statistics, data analysis , basic information, system management.This system can make the building materials management business release from manual operation and realize the simplification,standardization,rationalization and scientification of building material management system and bring the enterprise managers with convenience and higher efficiency.
