General 总则 The design specification is an integral part of the written ordering of tools for all future tool orders. Changes to or deviations from the items described here are subject to written approval from NEEF GmbH Co. KG. In confirming the order, the manufacturer assumes responsibility for the functionality of the tool, the dimensional accuracy of the part, compliance with the deadline and cost targets and the output. 本设计规范为今后模具定购合同不可或缺的一部分。本设计规范的任何变更和偏离必须得到 NEEF公司的书面确认。制造商签订合同即对模具的机能，零件的尺寸精度，交货期限，成本 以及产量承担责任。 2. Design documents 设计文档 As a rule, design drawings must be produced for all new tools! Regular technical meetings and progress checks are held during the design phase. The construction of the tools must not begin until the tool design has been released and approved by NEEF. However, approval does not release you from the responsibility for the functionality of the tools and the dimensional accuracy of the parts. Prior to delivery of the tools to NEEF, a minimum of 50 items/sets of sample parts must be provided, together with a design drawing of the delivered tool status (size A0) folded in the folder with a parts list and CAD data (see “Data Exchange” form).
