摘 要 目前国内外数控车床的现状、发展动态和发展方向及其在现代工业中的重要作用，根据设计的实际需要，对数控车床主轴开展研究，以用实际工程的有关理论和实现原理进行阐述，并进行了主轴箱及液压卡盘的三维设计及优化设计，和主轴驱动系统的优化设计。研究过程中主要分为静态分析和优化设计两个阶段，静态分析，得知主轴箱的静态应变力，并对主轴箱体和主轴的结构及驱动系统的传动结构进行了优化设计。数控车床的主轴控制系统，它是利用数字化的信息脉冲对机床运动及工作过程进行控制的一种方法。这种方法用于组合机床及其生产线上的专用机床数控技术实施加工控制的机床，或者说装备了数控系统的机床称为数控（CNC）机床。要实现对机床的控制，需要用以数字信号描述的主轴、刀具运动的几何信息，使主轴、刀具和工件间的相对运动以及用工艺信息来描述机床加工必须具备的加工工艺参数。 而今，在机械加工工厂里，有许多数控车床，这些数控车床会出现许多主轴的工作故障，主轴又是数控机床加工工作的直接执行者，因此整个数控系统的硬件与软件设备都是为主轴的正常精确工作而存在的，所以任何一个硬件或软件发生故障都会直接或间接的影响到主轴运动。在数控车床的主轴及驱动故障维修的问题上要对整个数控系统进行严密的检查与分析，从而达到使数控车床主轴故障 的排除。 关键字：数控车床 主轴控制故障 主轴维修 主轴驱动 Take to At present the domestic and foreign status quo, development of CNC lathes and dynamic development direction and the important action on the modern industry of, according to the actual requirement of the design of NC lathe spindle, conducting research, with actual engineering theories and implementation principle is expounded, and the main spindle box and hydraulic chuck of three-dimensional design and optimization design, and the spindle drive system optimization design.
