内 容 摘 要 民营经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。民营企业在推动社会经济发展、增加就业、维护社会稳定等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。民营经济已成为我国国民经济的一支重要力量。 民营经济是浙江省经济的一大特点, 在国民经济中也起着重要的作用, 但是, 目前民营企业、特别是中小企业融资存在的问题是制约民营经济进一步发展的“瓶颈”问题, 我们应通过剖析目前浙江省民营企业融资难的深层原因,并从多方面提出相应的对策,研究多种融资方式，这对促进民营经济的进一步发展有着重要的意义，对于其他地区解决民营企业的发展也有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：浙江省、民营企业、民营经济、融资方式  ABSTRACT The private economy is an important component of the Chinas socialist market economy.Private enterprises is playing an irreplaceable role in promoting the socio-economic development, increasing employment and maintaining social stability.Chinas private economy has become an important force in the national economy. The private economy in Zhejiang Province is one of the major characteristics of the economy,has also played an important role in the national economy ,however, at present, private enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises financing problems that hinder the further development of private economy bottleneck problem.We should analyze the current financing of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province of the underlying causes,and put forward a number of ways corresponding countermeasures,research on a variety of financing methods.This is essential for promoting the further development of the private economy ,solution for other parts of the development of private enterprises also have some reference.
