民营企业经营绩效影响因素的实证分析 摘　要 民营企业的快速发展，使其在我国经济中占据了越来越重要的作用。民营企业经营绩效的提高，不仅能够促进我国经济的发展，而且还能够使我国民营企业更好更快的发展。我国民营企业的经营绩效问题一直受到普遍关注，如何提高我国民营企业的经营绩效，从而使民营企业更好更快更规范地发展，为民营企业的生存与可持续发展提供支持和保障，进而推动整个社会的经济发展，需要我们深入思考。因此，研究我国民营企业发展的现状，揭示出民营企业经营绩效的主要影响因素，对于我国的经济发展具有重要的理论和现实意义. 本文在总结国内外学者相关研究的基础上，利用我国广东省民营上市公司公开披露的数据，考察了广东省74家民营上市公司经营绩效的影响因素。实证研究结果表明，两职状态在0.10水平下对企业绩效有显著正向影响，股权集中度在0.10水平下对企业绩效有显著正向影响。而公司规模，董事规模，独董比例，资本结构对企业经营绩效没有显著影响。本文的研究为推动民营企业的发展提供了有益借鉴。 关 键 词：经营绩效，股权集中度，独董比例，实证分析 THE EMPIRICAL STUDY OF PRIVATE ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE INFLUENCE FACTORS ON LISTED COMPANIES OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE ABSTRACT The rapid development of private enterprises, so it occupies, an important role. in our economy The private enterprise which is improving its performance, can not only promote the economic development of our country, but also can make China private enterprises. development more better and faster.
