人民币汇率升值对我国外贸的影响 摘　　要 自2005年7月21日人民币汇率形成机制改革后，人民币汇率走势一路攀升。来自中国外汇交易中心的数据显示，2011年4月13日人民币对美元汇率中间价又一举突破6.54关口,以6.5369创下汇改以来新高,同时外界对人民币升值的压力仍不断增加，市场预期人民币汇率将会继续走高，这必将对我国当前和未来的对外贸易产生一定的影响。论文针对当前人民币汇率小幅度缓慢升值的情况，分析人民币升值的一些原因，并对造成的影响进行探究。最后，论文认为面对人民币进一步升值的趋势，我国外贸体制应采取积极扩大内需，降低对外贸易的依存度；利用汇率升值的收入效应，引进高新技术，发挥我国的比较优势；提升产业结构，转变外贸增长方式；完善汇率形成机制并完善和发展金融市场几方面的措施。针对我国外贸企业规避汇率升值的风险提出了以下几方面的对策建议：提高出口产品附加值，提升出口产品竞争力；走自主品牌之路；实行出口市场、产品及销售渠道的多元化战略；利用外汇市场和外汇手段规避汇率风险。 关键词：人民币汇率/升值/外贸企业/对策 The Influence of RMB Appreciation to Chinas Foreign Trade Abstract Since July 21,2005 RMB exchange rate formation mechanism reform the exchange rate continued on the slow rate of appreciation. The data that comes from Chinese foreign currency trading center shows that the middle price of the exchange rate of RMB to US dollar breaks through the customs pass 6.54 again and makes a niitaka by 6.5369 since exchange rate reform. Meanwhile the pressure that external gives RMB appreciation increases continuously and the market expects that RMB exchange rate will still go high. This will make China’s foreign trade have a certain impact. This paper on the impact of exchange rate movements on foreign trade on a simple theory, and analyze some reasons that caused this RMB appreciation. And do some research on the influence to China’s foreign trade. Finally, the thesis that the face of the trend of further appreciation of the RMB, China’s foreign trade system should actively take positive expanding domestic demand and reduce dependence on foreign trade; Use the income effect of exchange rate appreciation，the introduction of high technology, and exploiting our comparative advantages; upgrade the industrial structure and change the mode of growth of foreign trade，improve and perfect the exchange rate formation mechanism and the development of the financial markets a number of measures.
