题 目： 浙江黄岩塑料模具产业集群竞争力分析 授 权 声 明 签名日期： 年 月 日  摘 要 本文主要利用钻石模型分析黄岩模具产业集群竞争力的状况。从要素禀赋看，黄岩模具产业劳动力成本较低，区位优势明显，基础设施完善，但人才资源比较缺乏且资本资源不足；从需求要素看，汽车、电子、建筑业的发展对模具需求增大，但模具的产品质量和技术水平有待提高；从相关及辅助产业看，中低端黄岩模具产业的生产能够从相关辅助性产业得到支持，但高端模具生产要求却难以得到满足；从企业战略、结构与竞争状况看，黄岩模具产业采取多种战略方式来提升竞争优势，但产业结构仍然不太合理，产品附加值低；从机会和政府政策看，黄岩模具产业的发展前景广阔、政府也越加重视、商机无限，但商务人员缺乏以及政府优惠力度不足。最后，针对黄岩模具产业竞争力较弱的人才资源、产业结构等因素，提出了依靠企业协会之间的共同努力 关键词： ABSTRACT This paper mainly uses the Diamond Model to analyze the situation of Huangyan Mold industry cluster’s competitiveness. From the factor endowments look, advantages of Huangyan Mold industry are low labor cost, the geographical advantages and the improvement of infrastructure, while it is lack of talent resources and capital resources. From the demand factors look, the development of automobile, electronics and construction industry need a growing demand to the mold, but the quality and the technology level of mould products still need to be raised. From the relevant and auxiliary industry look, low and medium Huangyan Mold industry production can get the support from the relevant and auxiliary industry, but the requirements of high-end mold production are hard to be satisfied. From the enterprise strategy look, structure and competition situation, Huangyan Mold industry tries to take a variety of strategic way to enhance the competitive advantage, but the structure is still not reasonable and the product has low adding value. From opportunity and government policy look, Huangyan Mold industry has a prospect development, a more attention from the government and many business opportunities, but business people and government preferential lack of some limitations. Finally, to solve the problem of Huangyan Mold industry, putting forward the solutions from enterprise, industry, government and the joint efforts of the association between the countermeasures.
