What can you do? What club do you want to join? ◆Step 2 Presentation 1.Ask students some questions: (1)Who wants to join the art/music club? (2) Can you sing /dance / play the guitar/ drums/ piano/ trumpet/ violin? 2.Students read the words about instruments in 1a and match the words with the pictures. ◆Step 3 Listening 1. Listen and number the words [1-4] in the order of the sounds you hear in 1a. The answers are:(1)guitar,(2)drums,(3)piano,(4)violin 2. T:I want some students for the school concert.What can the students do? Listen and circle the words and phrases you hear. 3.T:What can Bill,Cindy and Frank do? Listen again and fill in the chart in 1e. 4.Check the answers.(见课件) 5.Students talk about what Bill,Cindy and Frank can and can’t do with PPT. ◆Step 4 Reading 1.
