郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 2009 届 计算机科学与技术 专业 班级 题 目 医学数字影像分割研究 姓 名 学号指导教师 二ОО 九 年 五 月 十六 日内 容 摘 要 医学影像分割是图像分割知识和技术在医学领域的一个重要应用，医学图像在临床诊断与治疗中的应用日益广泛，使得图像分割技术成为当前图形图像处理技术研究的热点。医学影像分割就是将图像分割技术运用于医学影像中,提取影像中的不同组织和结构成分,甚至是病灶区域。 本文首先分析了医学数字影像分割的应用和研究的意义，以及国内外的研究现状；然后论述了图像分割的一些基本理论知识，对图像分割的定义进行了描述。图像分割的方法主要可以分成两大类，一类是边界方法,一类是区域方法。论文中对一些图像分割算法进行了介绍，并用VC++程序设计语言对部分图像分割算法进行编程实现。最后，本文对图像分割，特别是医学数字影像分割技术的发展前景进行分析和展望。 关键字 医学数字影像；图像分割；区域分割；边缘检测 Study on the Segmentation of Medical Image Abstract Segmentation of medical image is an important application of digital image processing in medicine domain. The medical image is widespread in the clinical diagnosis and the treatment application, which enables the technology about segmentation of medical image become popular in image processing domain. The segmentation of medical image makes use of the technology about segmentation of image in the medical image, and extracts different organization and structure ingredient of the image, even the focus of infection region. This article first analyzed the application of segmentation of medical digital image, the significance of researching, and the present situation in this field. Then it elaborates some elementary theory knowledge of the segmentation of image, and carries on the description to the definition about segmentation of image. The methods about segmentation of image are mainly divided into two kinds, one is boundary-based method, the other is the region-based method. The paper carries on the introduction to some algorithms about the segmentation of image, and carries on the programming realization with the VC++ programming language to the partial algorithm about the segmentation of image. At last, this article analyzes the development of image segmentation, especially the technology about the segmentation of medical image, and forecasts its future.
