International strategy research Abstract：In the context of economic globalization, China has become the worlds factory and the world market, foreign multinationals have to compete in the flames of war to the Chinese domestic。Facing the challenge of multinational companies, local Chinese companies are either out of the market, either growing in competition with foreign companies. At the same time, Chinas traditional Chinese medicine preparation is also an unprecedented fierce competition, Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to Guilin Sanjin) is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the main business of the modern enterprise ,competition in the domestic industry, multinational corporations challenges, so that preparation of traditional Chinese medicine market becoming saturated, the domestic market alone, hardly a major development company performance. Over the past decades ,the Chinese Government to promote Chinese enterprises going out strategy to face the challenges of multinational corporations. After 20 years of development, Guilin Sanjin has got a higher status in traditional Chinese medicine industry, and accumulated strong scientific research strength, market of Guilin Sanjin cover all provinces and cities nationwide and some other regions or countries, what’s more, in July 2009 the corporation successfully entered the capital market, all for the Guilin Sanjin implementation of international strategy to provide a necessity.
