摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为东荣一矿1.2 Mt/a的新井设计，东荣一矿位于黑龙江省集贤县境内，交通十分便利。井田走向（东西）长平均约7 km，倾向（南北）长平均约4km，井田水平面积为28 km2。主采煤层一层，即16#煤层，平均倾角18.0°，厚约2.96 m。井田工业储量为335.75 Mt，可采储量238.67Mt，矿井服务年限为103a。井田地质条件简单。表土层平均厚度147 m；矿井正常涌水量为327 m3/h，最大涌水量为714m3/h；煤层硬度系数f=2.3，煤质牌号为长焰煤；矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为3.73 m3/min，属低瓦斯矿井；煤层有自然发火倾向，煤尘无爆炸危险。 矿井采用双平硐两水平开拓，采煤方法为走向长壁采煤法。大巷采用带式输送机运煤，辅助运输采用1.4 t固定箱式矿车。 设计首采区采用采区准备方式，工作面长度210 m，采用一次采全高采煤法，全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业，两班半生产，半班检修。日进6个循环，循环进尺0.8m，日产量4412.06 t。 矿井采用两翼对角式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量3324 m3/min，矿井通风总阻力856.2 Pa，风阻0.321 N·s2/m8，等积孔3.20 m2，矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量3324 m3/min，矿井通风总阻力1224 Pa，风阻0.459 N·s2/m8，等积孔2.86 m2，矿井通风中等困难。设计矿井的吨煤成本180 元/t。 专题部分题目是矿井冲击矿压及防治措施。 翻译部分是从1981年至20年煤柱设计智能演变 The evolution of intelligent coalpillar design: 1981-2011 关键词：立井；上下山开采；采区；走向长壁采煤法；两翼对角式  ABSTRACT This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper. The general design is about a 1.2 Mt/a new underground mine design of Dongrong No.1 Coal Mine that lies in Jixian country Heilongjiang province, the traffic is very convenient. It’s about 7.0 km on the strike and 4.0km on the dip,with the 28.0 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 2 with an average thickness of 3.50 m and an average dip of 18.0°. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 335.75 Mt and the minable reserves are 238.67 Mt, with a mine life of 103 years .The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 100 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 200 m3/h. It is anthracite coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and it’s a coal that has no dust explosion. This mine adopts opening up by adits with two mining level. The adopted coal winning method is longwall mining to the dip or to the rise.
