With a rocketing-high growth, the network game has surprised professionals as well as attracted the interest of a great deal of companies to adapt their emphasis of business into making network game. Meanwhile, many enthusiastic programmer’s participation in the field makes it even more attractive. Ajax, which enables rich user experience through its mature technology, has become increasingly important. This text will concentrate on the Changchun Talent Stimulator which combines the two features - it’s a internet game, while at the same time a Rich client developed by Ajax. The first chapter focus on the background and related knowledge, including the development background, its prototype, and the motivation to stimulate it .This chapter is also brief introduction to the technology adopted in the development, such as Ajax, Lamp and so on.
