北京化工大学经济管理学院本科毕业论文论文题目：山东万华化工集团物料管理系统的分析与设计专业：信息管理与信息系统本科生姓名：指导教师姓名：山东万华化工集团物料管理系统的分析与设计摘要：物料管理是一门庞杂的管理科学，随着不同企业的管理架构模式不同、生产产品不同、科技水平不同所呈现的问题也非常复杂多样甚至不断地增多。普通的人工操作方式已经越来越难适应规模日渐庞大、产品科技含量越来越高的现代企业，而基于计算机的物料管理系统则是帮助企业实现现代信息化物料管理，并对物料信息进行加工分析中不可或缺的一部分。尤其是正在从人工到信息化过度的中小型制造企业，管理系统的完善程度将直接与企业的收益甚至未来的生存挂钩。山东万华化工集团在现阶段的生产运营中依然存在着从原材料采购到库存仓储，再到生产调配环节各种信息杂乱无章，各个部门沟通障碍。导致公司的巨量资金深陷在库存的泥潭中，无法更多的投入到产品研发、销售运营等环节中，极大的影响了公司的整体利润，甚至给公司带来了危机。本文将通过山东万华化工集团所提供的物资入库清单、物资消耗流动清单为企业的真实数据基础，然后以现代的物料管理理念，初步建立一个针对该企业的物料管理系统，来帮助其完成采购、仓储、生产各部门信息共享，通过优化模块清除各环节中的库存冗余，来提升企业的效益。关键字：化工集团；物料管理；库存优化；信息管理The analysis and design of material management for Wanhua chemical group in Shandong provinceAbstractMaterial management is a vast amount of scientific management, with the different enterprise management structure mode of different products, production, technology level of problem is very complicated and even constantly increasing.Ordinary way of manual operation is increasingly difficult to adapt to the increasingly large scale, product technology content is higher and higher of the modern enterprise, and the material management system based on computer is help enterprises to realize the modern informationization material management, and material information is an integral part of the processing and analysis.Especially from artificial excessive to the informatization of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the perfect degree of the management system will be directly linked to the survival of earnings, and even the future.Shandongwanhua chemical group in the present stage still exists in the production operation of from raw materials procurement to inventory, warehousing, and then to production deployment link all kinds of information, each department communication disorders.Leads to the huge amount of money in deep in the mire of the inventory, not more into product development, sales, operations, greatly affected the companys overall profit, even brought crisis to the company.This paper
