1.It is hard for city dwellers to imagine how inconvenient and boring life is in the countryside. Except for a small number of places that have quickly become holiday resorts because of their agreeable situation and beautiful scenery, villages in china tend to present a variety of problems for the people who live in them. Such groceries as can be found there offer an intolerably poor selection of goods, and television is virtually the only entertainment in the long and friendless winter evening. For people accustomed to huge shopping malls, fancy restaurants and convenient transportation in the cities, the idea of moving to the country must be unwelcome indeed. 2.Television exerts a bad impact upon our children. Except for a small number of shows such as Disney and cartoon network, which are specially designed for and dedicated to our young TV watchers, our TV programs tend to be inappropriate for children. Movies shown on TV are always full of violence and explicit sex materials; and TV shows are little, if at all, better than an assortment of commercials tempting the audience to buy this or that product. ? For a growing child open to all kinds of suggestion, constant exposure to inappropriate TV programs is dangerous indeed.  3.The gentle pace of country life has always appealed to me. The pastoral peace which contributes a lot to our health, and which a tranquility of mind always requires, is the best that country life can offer, and no city dweller can ever have the opportunity to enjoy this among the hustle and bustle of the urban areas.
