优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Bif-1 在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 中文摘要 I  I Bif-1 在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 中文摘要 Bif-1 在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 中文摘要 目的：通过检测肾透明细胞癌（肾癌）组织中 Bif-1 的表达情况，并研究分析其 与临床病理资料的相关性，探讨 Bif-1 在肾癌发生、发展中的临床意义，从而为肾癌 的基因诊断和靶向治疗提供理论依据。 方法: 选取术前未经任何放化疗、免疫治疗或靶项治疗而直接行肾癌根治性切除 术后的肾癌组织作为标本，使用实时定量 PCR 和免疫组化方法分别检测 Bif-1 在肾癌 及对应癌旁组织中 mRNA 和蛋白的表达情况。并研究分析 Bif-1 的 mRNA 和蛋白与 性别、年龄、TNM 分期、临床分期的相关性，采用 SPSS19.0 统计软件对数据进行统 计分析，检验水准以 P0.05 为有统计学意义。 结果 : 肾癌组织中 Bif-1 阳性表达率低于癌旁组织，差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。Bif-1 的 mRNA 和蛋白在肾癌的 TNM 分期和临床分期组间有统计学差异， Bif-1 表达越低,TNM 分期越高、临床分期越高（P0.05）。在不同年龄、性别组间表 达无统计学差异（P0.05）。 结论: 肾癌组织中存在Bif-1表达缺失，Bif-1的表达与TNM、临床分期呈负相关，其 可能与肾癌的发生及临床进展有着密切的关系。 关键词：肾透明细胞癌；Bif-1；抑瘤基因 作 者：王小刚 指导老师：徐仁芳  Abstract Expression of Bif-1 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance Expression of Bif-1 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance Abstract Objective：To study the expression of Bif-1 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC)，and analyze their roles and relationship between clinicopathological features. In order to investigate what is the effect and clinical significance of Bif-1 during the process of ccRCC carcinogenesis development and invasion. It maybe provide the evidence for gene diagnosis and therapy. Methods ： Select renal cell carcinoma tissues which have undergone radical nephrectomy and without radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and target treatment before the surgery. The mRNAs and proteins of Bif-1 in ccRCC surgical specimens and their Peritumoral tissue samples were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively，and analyze their roles and relationship between sex、 age and TNM、clinical stages. Experimental data is analysised by SPSS 19.0 software. P0.05 to have significant differences as to inspection standards.
