摘要 目的 ：建立 法同 时测定川芎 中川芎嗪 和阿魏 酸 的含量 。 方法 ：采用 （ ， ）

-0.1％H PO =40∶60 1.0 ml/min 294 nm 30℃ 3.08～30.8 μg/ml

范 围 内呈 良好 的线性关 系 （r＝0.999 7 ）；阿魏 酸在 1.96～19.60 μg/ml 的范 围 内呈 良好 的线性关 系 （r=1.000 0 ）。结论 ：本
测定方法快捷 ，简便 ，准确 ，重 现性好 。
