ST1制动器制动臂的钻孔模具设计 摘 要 本文设计研究的主要内容是ST1盘式制动器制动臂的机械加工问题，该零件为焊接件，受力较大，零件上有17个孔需要加工，部分孔的位置精度要求较高，需采取专用的工装进行加工。本设计主要说明制动臂零件的机械加工工艺规程及机加工2-M5的螺纹孔的加工及安装问题，并绘制出制动器ST1的总装图及杠杆ST1SH-400的装配图、毛坯图、钻模图，填写工艺卡片，编制毕业设计说明书。 关键词： Abstract Design: leverage parts of the machining process planning and process equipment design, speed control lever and to map out parts map, rough maps, charts and fixture parts fixture assembly, filled out a card process, the preparation of curriculum design specification.
