优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Summary As the important part of performance management, a good performance review index system can judge the job performance of the workers, incarnate the increment function of job outcomes to organizational objectives, promote corporate target to come ture , and provide the support for enterprises’ sustainable development. performance review index system is maturely used abroad, while at home ,especially in the less developed western part of the country, the number of the enterprises which put the system into practice or do it well is very little ,and most of the SMEs are still following the traditional performance review methods, owing to their scale and zone differences. Many enterprises achieved abundant benefits when established at the very beginning, but because of lacking the scientific management methods, it turned out to be a flash in the pan eventually. This paper is on the basis of the detailed analysis of problems exsisting in performance management of Guiyang Bo Site Chemical Co., Ltd. , ultilizes KPI measure to analyse the strategic goals of the company, set the corporate level performance index, then on the foundation of the functional department’ obligation and objectives ,combining the company’ strategy, continue to design the performance review index of departments and that of each post, meanwhile, according to the contribution of each index towards the company’ targets, set the methods of calculation of corresponding weighted and index score for the company, and then set up performance review index system for Guiyang Bo Site Chemical Co., Ltd. The establishment of the system , to the company carrying out performance management, improving the overall efficiency of enterprises and helping enterprises develop sustainably, has practical significance and reference value .
