And so on.This paper starting from the social informatization development, combined with national requirements for government information publicity work, seriously research disclosure of government information security mechanism and the situation in GuiZhou today, from five aspects for more in-depth analysis that the local government information publicity safeguard mechanism status, points out the system and execution of the reality of the conflict, openness and the confidentiality of the conflict and the actual predicament, active disclosure and dependent for application for public institutional defects, supervision and responsibility mechanism of limitation and disadvantages, relief way and the method of effectiveness discussed five aspects of existing difficulties and challenges, and its existing reason and crux from multiple angles summarizing and anatomy.
