Small beverage manufacturer research on enterprise competition strategy in GuizhouAbstractSMEs are playing more and more important role in China economic development which occupys half part of market in our national economy . After the outbreak and spread of the global financial crisis in 2008, Chinas SMEs underwent an difficult period of “multiple factors comes together” which expressed the increase of capital costs, labor costs, resources and environmental costs and raw material costs,and labor costs rose from 20% to 30%. This is the most difficult period of SMEs in three decades after the reform and opening up. We can say that this is a very critical period for the development of SMEs . In this context, how to explore and research competitive strategies of SMEs in China effectively in order to benefit our country is especially important for SMEs.In this paper, the author trys to the general method of competitive strategy of certain types of industries and enterprises in certain areas on the basis of previous studies and the context of “school resources” and “Capacity of school” on the basisi of Competitive Strategy Theory and models of Michael Porter who is one of the structural school representatives, through the introduction of “five forces model” of Michael Porter, the author designs specific indicators of the five power structure for specific industries in an area . In the process of design ,the specific difficulties and problems of the industry in the new economy were quantified , first-hand data and information were get in the form of payment and recovery of the questionnaire to show all aspects of the force that enterprises face. Finally,the author points that companies should determine the E2 model, E3 model, F2 model as a competitive strategy model to resist three forces ofthe incentives competition between existing companies, the pressure of alternatives, potential threat of those who entered the market by introducing three-dimensional model of co
