Such as ， the instability of medicine’s quality and varietalcomplexity ，some precious traditional Chinese medicines have been on the verge of depletion because of overdevelopment， low producing andprocessing level and none-standard manufacturing technique of Chinese medical tablets，some high quality medicines can’t be produced in largescale because of low-level redundant development of Chinese patent drug，and so on.
