Parentsandteachersoftennoticedshynesschildrenwhentheirshynessgraduallybecameobviousproblems,whichinfluencedontheirpositivedevelopmenttendency.Sofamiliesandschoolsneededimmediatelytoattentionshynesschildren,andstrengthenedthecorrectguidanceandinterventionmeasures.Thestudyaimedtoexplorethestructurecontentsofshynesschildrenthroughqualitativeresearchmethods,anddevelopeffectivemeasurementtools--theShynessChildrenRatingScale(parentedition).Thenthisstudywastoinvestigaterelationshipamongdemographicfactors,shyness,andsocialskillsthroughthequestionnairesurvey.Besides,thestudyaimedtoexaminetheeffectivenessofbehaviorapproachtoarttherapyforsocialskillswithshyness.Theobtainedresultsofthispresentstudyindicatedthat:Qualitativeresearchresultsshowedthat,thestructurecontentsofshynesschildren includedsevenaspects:self-cognitionprocess,emotionalfeeling,socialskills,causeshynessclues,externalperformance,geneticandeducationenvironment,personalcharacteristics.Quantitativeresearchresultsshowedthat,ontheoneside,theShyness ChildrenRatingScale(parentedition)includedfivedimensions:externalperformance,passivity,privateself-awareness,socialwithdrawalandlackofself-expression.Ithadgood validityandreliability,andcouldbeusedasaneffectivemeasurementtool.Andontheanother side,questionnaire surveyresults showed that, firstly,Childrens shynessand socialskillswereinagoodsituation.Secondly,demographicvariableshadimportantinfluencesonshynessandsocialskills.Therewerekindsofdifferencesononly-childornot,registeredpermanentaddress,motherscultural
