摘要改革开放以来，随着我国工业化建设步伐的加快，资源短缺和环境破坏的问题也随之进一步凸显，因此构建逆向物流成为我国发展资源节约型和环境友好型社会的一种重要的手段。但是，构建逆向物流只靠企业自己是不够的，需要政府、企业和消费者的共同参与。本文研究的是通过用博弈论分析不同的策略组合下三方的收益，当企业和消费者有一方不参加构建逆向物流时，政府采取一定的管理政策促使其构建，并用MAS 方法对其做了仿真，进一步验证了政府采取管理手段的正确性。本文通过对逆向物流与博弈论的概念和作用进行分析的基础上，构建了政府、企业和消费者三方同时博弈的完全信息静态博弈模型、完全信息动态博弈模型和完全信息动态的三方重复博弈模型，这是本文的第一个创新点，分析了在信息完备的情况下三者同时行动和按照一定次序行动的博弈均衡点和均衡收益，政府通过对不参加逆向物流的消费者采取“抵押—返还”制和对不参加逆向物流的企业采取课以重税的措施促使二者参加逆向物流构建的有效性。在此基础上通过仿真方法MAS，对建立的完全信息动态博弈模型进行仿真，这是本文的第二个创新点，分别建立政府Agent、企业Agent和消费者Agent，在政府—企业—消费者依次采取行动的情形下，三方在完全理性的情况下选择不同的战略，最终达到博弈均衡，验证了数学模型中政府采取的措施对企业和消费者产生的影响的一致性。关键词：逆向物流博弈模型仿真MASAbstractSinceReformandopening-up,withtheacceleratedpaceofChinasindustrialization, theissuesofresourceshortageandenvironmentaldamagewillbefurtherhighlighted,soit isveryimportanttobuildReverseLogisticsfordevelopingresource-efficientand environment-friendlysociety.However,buildingReverseLogisticsdoesn’tonlydependon the enterprises, but alsogovernments andconsumers.
