摘要随着我国加入世界贸易组织和经济全球化的发展，中国的制造业企业面临更加激烈的市场竞争。推进信息技术的全面应用，加强企业资源的整合与管理，己经成为制造业企业生存和发展的必由之路。然而在我国，中小企业是制造业的主体，其数量众多，管理模式灵活多变，在进行信息化建设方面也存在着许多与大型企业不同的特点和问题。本文主要研究ERP技术在中小制造企业的实施与开发问题。本文实现了对符合我国中小制造企业要求与特点的ERP系统的研究与探讨。通过全面研究ERP的基本原理、ERP技术国内外发展及应用现状，并结合中小制造企业特点、信息化过程中存在的问题，指出中小制造企业应用ERP技术必要且可行。本文在分析了现行ERP系统的功能与中小制造企业需求之间的缺口的基础上，提出了符合我国中小制造企业要求的ERP系统的总体框架、功能模块及各模块间数据集成模型，并着重对武汉五岳恒锐刀具公司的生产流程、管理系统的功能需求进行了深入的分析。其次，针对A公司生产管理的特点和功能需求，采用了业界广泛认同的Struts2.0框架作为系统的基础架构，这就保证了系统开发一开始就是按照MVC 三层模式在进行，从而使系统的开发结构严谨，思路清晰。同时对该系统所用到的数据库和Java编程技术作了详细的介绍。关键词：企业资源计划(ERP)、生产管理系统、B/S模式、Struts2.0 架构、JavaEE平台AbstractWiththeentryofWTOandthedevelopmentofeconomicglobalizationmanufacturing enterpriseshavebeenfacingwithmoreviolentmarketcompetition.Therefore,itisinevitatle forthemtointegrateandwellmanagealltheenterpriseresourcesandtopushtheir informationizationfurther.However,SmallMedium-sizedManufacturingEnterprises(SMME) isthemajorpartofChina’smanufacturingenterprises.Theyaremoreinnumberandthe managementmodesofthemalwaysvarymorewidelyandflexibly.Allthetraitsmakeitmore differentandmoredifficulttoimplementtheinformationizationofSMMEthanlargescaled enterprises.TheimplementationofERPtechnologyinSMMEsisthechiefcontentofthis paper.Inthispaper,thedesignanddevelopmentofERPsystemofSMMEhavebeen implemented.ConsideringthecharacteristicsofSMMEandtheproblemsof informationizationinSMME,thetechniqueofERPmustbeimplementedthroughthestudyof thesituationoftheinnerandouterworld,andtheprimaryprinciples.Ontheanalysisofthe differencesbetweenthepresentERPsystemandtheneedsofSMME,thewholeframeworkof ERPsystemwhichmostSMMEprefer,hasbeenpresentedinthisdissertation,aswellasthe functionmodulesandthemodelofdataintegrationbetweenmodules.What’smore,production management subsystemhave designed in detail.Second,Accordingtothesystematicstructureoftheproductionmanagement,onthebasis ofthoroughlyanalyzingthedesignthoughtsofMVCpattern,thearticleelaboratedonthe principlesofworkandthemechanismofitsrealizationoftheMVC-pattern-basedframeof Strut
