摘要摘要随着我国城镇化进程的加快，快速、高效的劳务中介服务的地位也日益重要起来，改变传统的劳务中介方式，使其最大的发挥信息服务的优势，已经是一个重要课题。利用已经成熟的网络技术，运用先进的管理信息系统和软件开发平台，对劳务市场进行科学化管理，实现跨地域界限的信息网络系统，建成公开、透明的“就业信息超市”，已成为发展劳务中介业务的最好选择。本文主要针对西部小城镇劳务中介的特点，提出开发一个基于Web的劳务中介管理系统，目的在于为务工人员和招聘单位之间提供一个网络平台。通过整个系统的实现，架构务工人员和招聘单位之间的交互桥梁，推进西部小城镇劳务输出的发展。本文首先研究了系统开发中应用的主要理论和关键技术，包括ASP，Web服务，数据库访问技术等；然后经过较为全面需求分析，确定了系统主要由数据中心、劳务中介网站、劳务中介信息管理和劳务中介短消息发送四部分构成，并详细分析了各模块的客观需求和工作流程，确定了系统的设计原则，开发环境，研究方法等；最后详细讨论了劳务中介管理系统的设计与实现，并测试系统，以便能够投入使用，达到预期的目的。系统采用ASP作为B/S模式下的前台开发工具，数据库采用了Access2003，采用ADO作为B端的数据访问技术。系统实现中介机构、务工人员、用人单位三方互动的网络平台，为务工人员和用人单位提供更高效、更方便的服务。关键字：Web服务，ASP，劳务中介，数据中心，数据库访问技术AbstractAsourcountry’sspeedingupintheprocessofurbanization,rapid,efficientlabor intermediaryservicesisalsoinanincreasinglyimportantposition.Itisanimportant subjecttoChangethetraditionallaborintermediaryandtomakeitplaythebiggest advantagesasaninformationservices.It’sthebestchoicetomanagethelabormarket scientificallyandachievecross-boundaryinformationnetworksystemandbuiltanopen, transparent Employment Information supermarket by using the mature network technologyandadvancedmanagementinformationsystemsandsoftwaredevelopment platform.Thisarticleismainlyforthecharacteristicsofintermediaryservicesinthe westernsmalltownstodevelopaWeb-basedlaborintermediarymanagementsystem.
