优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 中文摘要 目的：中药产业是我国拥有自主知识产权、最具有比较优势的产业，也是民 族经济发展的重要组成部分。随着“回归自然”的世界潮流及全球“中医药热”日 渐兴起，欧共体对中草药的统一立法以及美国 FDA 接受中药复方药物进行临床 试验，国际上对中药的研究逐步走向高级化，中药产业正面临着从传统中药向现 代中药、从传统产业向现代产业的转型。针对当前中药产业各节点发展出现的问 题，如何利用产业链管理模式培育与构建现代中药产业链，是一个亟待研究的课 题。基源于此，本文对当前现代中药产业链的一些突出问题进行了探索性分析， 提出一些新的思路与对策，旨在为其他地区现代中药产业发展提供借鉴。 方法：本文以四川现代中药产业为研究对象，以产业链相关理论为研究背景， 在我国现有的医药政策与制度框架内，采用实证分析与计量分析方法相结合，辅 助以历史分析方法，了解四川现代中药产业链各节点发展现状及存在的问题，并 进行 SWOT 分析。基于四川现代中药产业发展实际情况，借鉴国内外产业链管理 以及现代中药（传统医药）产业发展的先进经验，提出完善与优化四川现代中药 产业链的战略思考与对策建议。 结论：通过对以上内容的研究，本文得出以下结论：优化现代中药产业链， 需要对四川现代中药产业链各节点进行外部整合、内部整合以及优化安排，促进 中药产业质量与效益的提升。 通过研究，能真正实现构建四川现代化中药产业链，促进中药产业质量与效 益的提升。主要构建：以产业化经营和规范化生产（GAP）为特色的中药种养植； 以统一炮制规范、统一质量标准为特色的中药饮片工业和中成药制剂等规范化工 业大生产（GMP）为特色的中药工业；在药品经营质量管理规范指导下（GSP）， 以适合于市场经济的多渠道的销售网络和配套服务体系开展以总代理、总经销和 连锁经营等为特色的中药商业；以中药技术创新信息网络为主要内容的中药知识 产业；以为整个现代中药产业的发展起着服务与支撑的作用的中药现代服务业。 关键词：产业链；现代中药产业；资源整合；优化发展；对策 Abstract PURPOSE: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an industry where our country owns proprietary intellectual property rights and has the biggest comparative advantage. It is also an important part of national economic development. With the worldwide trend of “Back to Nature”, the growing of “TCM popularity”, the united legalization of Chinese herbal medicine by European Community as well as the acceptance of conducting clinical trials on compounded traditional Chinese preparations by FDA, the worldwide studies on TCM is tending towards a high level gradually. TCM industry is faced with a transformation from traditional TCM to modernized TCM, from traditional industry to modern industry. Aiming at the problems in the development of various points in TCM industry, how to culture and develop an industrial chain of modernized TCM based on the management mode of industrial chain is a subject to be investigated urgently.
