基于城市历史文化的旧城更新策略研究摘要城市是历史文化的特殊载体，每个城市都是历史片段的累积，城市存在的最大意义就在于它具有传承人类文化的功能，使人类能够不断实现自我更新。城市作为一个社会有机体，同样带有显著的地域特征和城市特色，使其区别于其他城市。正是城市的这种多样性造就了丰富多彩的人类文化。特别是城市中蕴含丰富传统城市文化遗产的旧城区，它们是城市演变历程的见证，有丰富的历史信息、文化内涵和优秀的规划设计思想。城市遗留下的建筑空间环境，是一种特殊的文化载体，是城市发展连续性的最好证明。它们和城市居民在思想情感上有着密切的联系，城市居民对旧城区的记忆和认知往往是传统城市文化得以延续的支柱。但同时，旧城区因建筑破旧、环境条件差和缺少公共服务设施等逐渐衰败和被推倒重建，千百年来形成的城市特色正在泯灭，新的城市建设更是千篇一律。因而，结合城市原有历史文化资源进行旧城更新成对维系人、建筑、城市及社会文化背景之间相互内在的本质联系，城市的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。论文总结和分析了国内外旧城更新发展演变和文化领域的相关研究，对城市历史文化特征进行了归纳分析——基于城市历史文化的旧城更新的实质是城市历史环境中的文化再生。由此通过对英国格拉斯哥和纽卡斯尔的城市复兴以及我国南京夫子庙和合肥城隍庙的旧城改造案例进行实例分析和实地调查研究，分析了案例中基于城市历史文化的旧城更新所采取的主要方法、成效和问题。调查研究中将对城市物质性环境空间的更新分析和对人们意识层面的文化认知的考察相结合，从设计角度进行研究的同时也从社会人文角度做了尝试。最后，通过对案例的比较分析，总结出有利于旧城更新中城市历史文化延续的更新策略，从城市设计、政策保障和公共参与三个方面进行了分别论述。试图为基于城市历史文化的旧城更新的可持续发展提供参考。关键词：城市历史环境城市文化旧城更新ResearchontheStrategiesofUrbanRenewalBased onUrbanHistoryandCultureABSTRACTCity,whichiscomposedbydifferentsegmentsofhistory,isaspecialcarrier ofhistoryandculture.Themostsignificantmeaningofcityisitsfunctionwhich makesit inherit humanculture,inspiringpeoplelivinginit. Thus, itis significanttocarryouthistoricrenewalcombininghistoryandcity culture,inordertodevelopsustainablemethods.Thispaperanalysisstudiesofoldcities‘renewalandconceptofculture.Then developsfeaturesofcityhistoryandculture,inordertocometotheessentialtarget ofhistoricrenewal:theregenera
