Lesson 61 What Was in the Bags教案 Teaching aims: Aim of knowledge: Master the usage of new vocabularies for describing materials and for comparing quantities. Aim of ability:1.Build the belief to save our earth. 2. Improve students’ reading and speaking ability Aim of emotion: cultivate students to get into a good habit of collecting and sorting garbage. Train students to play an active role in environment protection. Difficult Points: 1.learn common expressions for offering assistance. 2.some difficult sentences: 1what kinds of things can be recycled and reused? 2people throw too much away? 3one of the wheels is broken. 4it’s only a little bit broken. Important Points: 1.learn how to do with the garbage; train students to take personal action to reduce pollution. 2.cultivate the feeling of responsibilities. 3.some words and phrases: more,most,bad,litter. Learning Methods: Listening; speaking; talking ; practise Situational Activities: pair-work; group-work; self-presentation Teaching tools: some slides; a tape recorder;garbage. Teaching Process Aims Teaching appliance Step1: Lead-in Show students a bag full of garbage What’s in my bag? Take up lesson61 Plastic bag full of garbage Step2: know more about different kinds of garbage Learn the new word— Garbage,litter,rubbish A Slide: pictures presentation Step3: listen to the tape with the following questions: 1)?????
