I was in the kitchen. What were you doing when the UFO arrived? I was cooking dinner. What were you doing at 6:00 pm last Sunday evening? I was doing my homework. 2. Ability objects (能力目标) Help students understand the situations when past progressive tense is used. Help students learn how to talk about past events with the target language. Moral objects (情感目标) Enable the students to fall in love with English classroom activities and encourage them to cooperate in class so as to go ahead together. II.The Analysis of Teaching Process Step 1 - - - Revision 1.let’s chant. 2.show pictures of Peter’s family, T:what is she /he doing? Ss: she /he is cooking dinner.
