摘要根据传统学校考勤调查研究表明，现在大多数都使用的是纸质考勤手段，每 天进行纸质考勤，每周或者每月通过微软 Office Excel 表格统计考勤情况,统计出来 的数据通过 Excel 或者纸质表格上报给相关部门。经过很多大型调查统计说明，以 上这种传统的考勤方式存在很多问题：（1）查询统计繁琐：纸质文档和 Excel 文件 不容易查询，特别是纸质文档存在很多的资源浪费，后期纸质文档处理和存放不 方便，如果要查询一学期的数据就很麻烦，需要很多的人力去查找统计，非常繁 琐。（2）工作量很大。如果学生只有几百人手工考勤还可以接受，每周手工统计 后再按期报给相关领导。但我们的统计调查结果表明，现在各个大学都在不断的 扩招，一般的大学就几千或者上万个学生，手工统计的工作量相当的庞大。（3） 统计汇总数据容易出错。从纸质文档到 Excel 文档，由于工作量很多难免会出现错 误或者差错，管理考勤的部门要根据需要筛选或者统计出数据表提交给领导。（4） 考勤结果不相同。每个班级的考勤有可能是多份，还有就是一门课程考勤的次数 也可能是多次，这样一来在统计的时候，如果各自统计的数据不相同就会导致考 勤结果不一致。根据实际调查研究，要提高工作效率、查询统计方便快捷，统计数据准确无 误，开发一套考勤管理系统势在必行。开发语句是用的 Microsoft Visual Studio 2010、数据库是用的 Microsoft SQL Server 2005，数据库设计工具是 Power Designer 15、流程图和结构图绘制工具 Microsoft Office Visio。学生签到信息管理；综合查询，实现对个人考勤的综合查询，实现对各班的 出勤情况查询；查询教师授课信息；考勤报表，为教务处提供每月的考勤报表。最终可以开发出一个适合大学学生考勤系统的软件，提高学生的整体出勤率， 纠正学生的学习态度，改变学生的学习环境和思维方法。关键词：考勤，数据库，C/S，.NETABSTRACTAccording to the traditional school attendance, this topic research shows that most use a paper-based attendance system.
