摘要随着社会经济的发展，信息技术的进步，在企业开展电子商务的过程中，人们越来越意识到了企业信息资源的价值和战略性作用，信息资源的地位日益提高，正逐渐成为企业的主导资源。因此，面对竞争激烈、瞬息万变的国内外市场，对企业信息资源的管理理论和方法提出了更高的要求，需要对其进行更为深入系统的研究，为企业实践提供理论依据和指导原则。运用先进的管理模式和信息技术实现企业内与企业间的信息资源交互共享，有效地消除了信息孤岛，方便地进行信息资源优化配置，从而实现商务活动中对企业信息资源的最大限度的利用，对企业提升市场核心竞争力有着十分重要的意义。本文对电子商务环境下的企业信息资源管理模式进行了研究，并提出了一个框架模型。文章首先介绍了企业信息资源管理的概念和主要特征，并分析了电子商务环境下企业现状，讨论了电子商务环境下企业信息资源管理的战略规划和组织结构问题。其次，介绍了电子商务环境下不同类型企业在信息资源管理过程中的几种常用模式，并对这些模式进行了关联区别分析。并且，在此基础上提出了企业信息资源管理系统的体系结构，具体包括功能结构、技术结构和网络结构三个部分。基于该模型建立的系统将信息资源管理与电子商务融为一体，突出了对企业信息资源的管理。而后构建了基于电子商务的企业信息资源管理模式，并对构建的模式进行了分析，介绍了不同环境下的企业信息资源共享，以及如何促进企业知识创新的实现。最后，对全文进行了总结，指出了存在的问题和今后进一步研究的方向，希望尽快形成一套较为完整、系统化的企业信息资源管理理论体系，以指导企业有效地开展商务活动。关键词：电子商务，企业信息资源，信息资源管理系统，管理模式AbstractWiththesocialeconomicandinformationtechnologydevelopment,thevalueand importanceofenterpriseinformationresourceisgraduallyrealizedintheprocessof electronicbusinessoperation.Thestatusofinformationresourceshasbeenincreasingly elevated.Informationresourcesarebecomingtheleadingresourceofenterprises.
