摘要当前，物流企业处在一个复杂动态的环境中，企业的发展远远跟不上时代 的变化，这就要求物流企业必须通过自身的战略转型才能够继续生存和发展。 物流企业如何在动态环境下有效实现战略转型是一个有着很强现实意义的研究 课题。本文从物流企业动态能力的视角出发，构建了基于动态能力的物流企业 战略转型模型，并通过案例研究验证了这一模型。本文按照提出问题、文献综 述、模型构建、能力评价和实践应用的思路展开研究，阐明物流企业动态能力 与战略转型的关系以及其如何推动物流企业进行战略转型，并以云南物流产业 集团的战略转型为例对模型进行了实践检验。首先，本文通过对动态能力和战略转型的相关理论进行文献研究，分析了 物流企业动态能力的内涵和本质，揭示了物流企业动态能力的形成过程，从战 略转型的视角提出物流企业动态能力的构成维度，即物流企业动态能力是由环 境感知能力、战略选择能力和资源重构能力构成。接着，本文提出了基于动态能力的物流企业战略转型模型，揭示出一条在 动态环境下物流企业的战略转型途径，即通过动态能力驱动物流企业的战略转 型。本文从动态能力的视角研究物流企业战略转型问题，为认识、解释物流企 业的战略转型现象提供了一个新角度。然后，本文对物流企业战略转型过程中的动态能力进行细分，将不可测量 的动态能力转换为相对具体的、可操作的指标，构建了物流企业动态能力的评 价体系，提出物流企业的环境感知能力由物流市场需求、物流技术应用、物流 行业竞争、物流政策法规和高层管理者认知构成，战略选择能力由主导产业定 位、服务区域定位、服务产品定位、服务客户定位构成，资源重构能力由物流 信息系统、内部资源整合、关系网络、兼并重组、战略联盟组成，并利用 AHP 对这 3 个一级指标、14 个二级指标进行了评价。最后，本文以云南物流产业集团为例，对其基于动态能力的战略转型过程 机制进行分析，验证了基于动态能力的物流企业战略转型模型，检验了动态能 力与战略转型之间的相关性，对国内众多的物流企业进行战略转型提供了一种 可借鉴的模式。关键词：物流企业；动态能力；战略转型；云南物流产业集团iAbstractIn current dynamic changing environment, it is difficult for logistics enterprises to adapt itself to new market demands with tradition business mode. Logistics enterprises can only survive and keep developing through the strategic transformation. How to achieve strategic transformation effectively in a dynamic environment is a research topic of practical significance. The paper proposes a logistics enterprise strategic transformation model based on dynamic capability from logistics enterprise dynamic capability view, then proving the model through case research.
