Recently, More Universities focus on building large spaced campus; however they ignored the importance of creating a regional campus environment. This situation results in lack of consideration of social, humanities, ecology, landscape and psychology. This paper focused on the issue with lack of regional characteristics in university campus construction, throughout academic research, analysis and comparison to find out the appropriate way to construct a regional university campus environment. The discussion will base on element explanation and design approach.
