浅谈促进有效课堂教学的星级评价
【摘要】课程标准认为:评价的目的是全面了解学生的学习状况,激励学生的学习热情,促进学生的全面发展。为了更好地推动基础教育课程改革,我们这些直接参与课堂评价的任课教师为促进学生学习和课堂教学更应努力投身到课堂评价的改革研究中,将评价与数学教学紧密结合起来,从而使得评价的过程也成为优化教学效果、促进学生发展的过程。众所周知,学生最想要的就是不做家庭作业。利用星级评价制度,只要学生能达到老师的要求,就可以不做家庭作业。笔者经过几年的尝试,并不断调整评价机制,现在班上的绝大部分学生终于能如愿以偿的不做家庭作业,并且成绩也非常优秀。下面谈谈自己在小学数学课堂教学实践中的一点实践体会。

【Abstract】It is mentioned in the course standard that the purpose of the evaluation is to know about students’ learning situation generally, to inspire students with their fervency for learning and to advance students’ general development. In order to push the reform of the basic education course better, we, the teachers who participate in the classroom evaluation directly, in order to students’ learning and the classroom teaching, should exert ourselves to devote into the reform research of the classroom evaluation, combine the evaluation with mathematics teaching and then make the course of evaluation become one course of optimizing the teaching effect and advancing students’ development. It is well known that what students want best is not the homework. Through making use of the evaluating system, as long as students can achieve the teacher’s demand, they are allowed not to do homework. Under many years’ attempt and adjusting the evaluating system continually, most of students have achieved what they wish that they do not do homework in the end and their grade is also very good. The writer has made a talk about his personal experience from practice on the elementary mathematics classroom teaching.

1.课前评价(课前2分钟预备时间)。主要是学生对数学基础概念的再复习与记忆。如定义、公式、某些特殊的计算方法等。(每学一个内容都要学生对这些概念、公式做好笔记。)这个环节采用开火车的形式,每人说一句(如含有未知数的等式叫方程。方程是等式但等式不一定是方程。),全班每个学生都要轮到,防止学生死记硬背,每次都可打乱顺序。如周一是从第1小组开始,周二就从第2小组开始。哪组能很顺利的开完,中间不间断,不出错,且声音洪亮,这个小组的每个同学就能得到一颗五角星。(下课由小组长负责登记好。)如果小组中有
