StudyonoptimizedfromnlaofthreeNourishingKidney-YangcategorizedformnlaebyUniformDesignAbstractObjective:To filtrate the most sensitive indicators from the numerous biological indicatorswhichreflectthefunctionofkidney-yangdeficiencyinpituitary-targetglandaxis, then take sensitive indicators on that basis of filtrating to be the observe indexs of pharmacodynamic herbals,work for the optimal compatibility combination of three NourishingKidney-Yangcategorizedformnlae(ShenqiPill,YouguiPill,Yougui Drink) though the experiments performed in terms of uniform design, and discuss the compoundingrulesof Nourishing Kidney-Yang categorized formnlae.Methods:Theexperimentalratmodelsofkidney-yangdeficiencywerecopiedby hydrocortisone.Wedividedratsintotwogroups,onegroupisnormalgroup,theotheris modelgroup,salineintramuscular(im)injectedinnormalrats,hydrocortisoneiminjectedinmodelgroup,thenext,detectedTSH、T3、T、LH、FSH、ACTH、T4、CORinratsbloodserum after 22 days’continuousiminjection,thendeterminedsensitiveindicatorsaccording totheresulitsofeachindicatorsensitivitytokidney-yangdeficiency,calculatedbyusing thefactoranalysismethod.ThenwedesignedexperimentalprogramforShenqiPill, YouguiPill,YouguiDrinkwithmethodofuniformdesign,dividedratsintofivegroups thosewerenormalgroup,modelgroup,ShenqiPillcompoundUniformdesigngroup, YouguiPillcompoundUniformdesigngroup,YouguiYincompoundUniformdesign group,begantoperfusestomachwithsalineinnormalgroupandmodelgroupafter8th days molding, other groups used Chinese medicine decoction,each group to eachcorrespondenceforlavage,thendetectedT、T4、CORinbloodserumfrom22thdays,setupthepluralismusregressionequationtakingthecomprehensiveefficacyZascriteriato calculatetheoptimalcompatibilitycombinationofeachprescription,anddiscussthe compoundingrulesofNourishing Kidney-Yang categorized formnlaeaccordingtotheinformation from equation.Results:Surveyingthechangesofanimalsigns,visceralweightand morphology,it was a obvious difference between normal group and model o
