AbstractMixedmodelassemblylinesequencingisoneofthekeyissuesofmixedmodeproductionmethod,sequenceswithagoodperformancecaneffectivelyshortendeliverytime,reducein-processinventory,improveproductionefficiencyofassemblyline.Intheactualproductionprocess,however,oftenduetothematerialunkittingledtotheinitialsequencecannotbeexecuted,thereforethenormalproductionoftheassemblylinewasseriouslyaffected.Mixedmodelassemblylineresequencingcausedbymaterialsunkittingwasstudiedinthispaper.Multi-objectivemixedmodelassemblylineinitialsequencingmathematicsmodelwithminimizingtotaloverloading/idlecosts,minimizingproductionvariationrateandminimizingtotalset-uptimewasestablishedofinstanceenterpriseassemblysequencingprobleminthispaper.Animprovedmulti-objectiveCatSwarmOptimization(CSO)designedtosolvethemathematicsmodel.Thestandardcatswarmoptimizationdiscretizationtoaccommodatetheschedulingproblem.Theimprovedsearchingmodebasedondiversifiedsearchingoperatorswasproposedtoimprovetheperformanceofthedistributionofsearchefficiency.CatbehaviormodeselectionmethodbasedonlinearmixedratiowasusedtoadjusttheratioofglobalCatsandlocalCatsintheevolutionaryprocess.Intheearlierstage,alargerproportionoftheglobalsearchingcatswastakeninordertoexploitationthescopeofthealgorithm;inthelaterstage,alargeproportionofthelocalsearchingCatswastakentoaccelerateconvergence.Algorithmcomparedwithotherfamousalgorithmsmentionedonreferencequestionstest,theresultsshowthatproposedalgorithmareexcellentinsearchcapabilitiesonthedistributionoftheParetoset,convergenceandParetosearchingabilityinNSGA-Ⅱ,MOPSOandSPEA2.Basedonmaterialunkittingrandomandsuddenhappenedcommonlyinthepraticalworkshop,andthereforeinitialsequencingisnotanoptiontoperform.Setsshopschedulingprogramstodealwithunkittingmaterials,Mixedmodelassemblylineresequencingmodelestablishedtoresponseofmaterialsunkittingdisturbancewithminimizingutilityworkersworktime,keepingaconstantrateofpartusageandminimizingsequencingdeviation.Bi-cyclejointoptimizationstrategyandthedecompositionmetho
