AbstractMedicalimageregistrationisthatfortwoimagesorvolumedatas,findingapropergeometrictransformationwhichcanmappedapointinanimageintoanotherimage,andmakethetwoimagesalignedinspace.Withthedevelopmentofmedicine,signal-modalmedicalimageinformationcan’tmeetclinicaldemand.Inordertogetthedetailinformationofdiseasedtissue,multi-modalityimagesarefirstlyneededtoberegisteredforfusion.Thecorecontentofthisstudywastoimplement3Dmedicalimageregistration.Therearemanymethodsofimageregistration,themethodbasedonMattesmutualinformationwasselectedinthispaper,whichbelongstovoxelsimilaritymeasuresregistrationmethod
