ABSTRACTThepianomusicnoterecognitionistheprocessthatautomaticallyconvertedaaudiomusicfilestoadigitalmusicfiles(MIDI),whichplaysanimportantroleinassistedteachingpiano,musicautomaticallyrecordsandsoon.Themainresearchofthisissuesistoidentifiedthepianonotes,thataccordingtotherecordedpianoplayingaudiofiles,withthehelpofthespecificalgorithm,determinedwhichnotesareincludedintheeverytimeperiod.Dependingontheapplicationrequirementsandtherestrictionsofnoterecognitionalgorithmitself,thepianonotesrecognitiontaskscanbedividedintotwoparts:real-timeandrobustsinglenoterecognition;non-real-timemulti-noterecognition.Forthesinglenoterecognition,thisthesisfocusesonthereal-timeandrobustnessaspects.So,weproposetousethelocalenergyonsetdetectionalgorithm,Mutil-sampleDictionary,anditspost-processingalgorithmstoimprovetheresults;Forthemulti-notes,thesingletimedomainmethodcannotworkedwell,sothispaperturnedtothemethodofpatternrecognition.Namely,usingthemulti-noteasthebasicunitofthemodel,toestablishthehiddenMarkovmodelsandthenrecompiletherelatedmodulesoftheHTKToolstobuildthemulti-noterecognitionsystem.Thisthesismainlyconcludedthefollowingaspects:Extractingthefeatureofthemulti-notesaudiofile.Onthebasisofanalyzingtheparametersoftheaudiofiles,weusedthefeatureofthemulti-notesaudiotooptimizeexistingfeatureextractionmoduleintheHTKTools;Determinetheonsetlocationoftheaudionotes.Wefirstlyanalysisthecommononsetdetection,andthenaccordingtothedifferentmissionrequirementsbetweenthesinglenoteandthemulti-notes,wedesignorrewritethecorrespondingonsetdetectionalgorithm;BasedontheprincipleoftheHMMspeechrecognition,wefindthedifferencesandsimilaritiesbetweenthevoicerecognitionandthemulti-notesrecognition,thenweestablishedthemulti-notesHMMacousticmodelandthemodeloftwomulti-note;AccordingtotheMIDIfilesandthecorrespondingaudiofilespiano,webuiltthetraining,testingwaveformdataandthecorrespondingannotationfiles.Onthisbasis,weusedtherecompiledHTKtoolstoinitializationandtrainingeachofthemulti-note’sHMM,andthenbuildacomplet
