长春胺的提取分离纯化与定性定量分析 小蔓长春花中长春胺的提取分离纯化与定 性定量分析 摘要 本文以小蔓长春花为研究对象，着重对小蔓长春花中长春胺的提取、分离、纯化、定性检测和定量检测等方面进行了研究，得到了以下成果： 1．建立了从小蔓长春花中提取长春胺的实验室规模的方法和流程。 4．建立了小蔓长春花中长春胺含量测定的紫外分光光度法，确定了紫外分光光度条件：检测波长：280 nm，检测温度：室温(25℃)。以OD值对浓度进行回归，得线性方程 Y=0．0021X+0．0741(R^2=0.9626)，结果表明长春胺在40ug/ml～200ug/ml范围内浓度于OD值呈良好的线性关系 6．通过单因素实验考察，研究并优化了从小蔓长春花中提取长春胺的方法和条件，即将小蔓长春花粉末用氯仿热提取，温度控制在80℃。 7．对不同采收地点即玻璃温室中和LED灯下的小蔓长春花材料中长春胺含量进行了测定。测定结果显示：玻璃温室中生长的小蔓长春花中长春胺的含量较高。 关键词 小蔓长春花，长春胺，提取，分离纯化 Abstract This paper took Vinca minor L．as experimental subject and mainly engaged in theextraction，separation，purification，qualitative and quantitative analysis of vincamine in VincaminorL，in brief the results as follows： 1．The method and technological process of vincamine in Vinca minor L were established in laboratory scale． 4．The determination of vincamine in Vinca minor L by the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry Was established in this study,which included：the UV examination wave-length is 280 nm and the UV examination temperature is 25℃．Take the absorbency toconsistency and get the regression equation Y=0．0021X+0．0741(R=0.9626)．The result hadshown that it has good linear relationship in the range of 40ug/ml~200ug/ml. 7．6．Through the single factor experiment，research and optimize the extraction from tendril periwinkle methods and conditionsof vincamine，Vinca minor L powderthe amount chloroform reflux extraction ，temperature control in 80℃． 8．For different harvest locations（the glass greenhouseand LED lights），collecting the harvested area Vinca minor Lin vincamine materials were studied．Testing results showed that the content of vincamine inthe glass greenhouse are higher than that under the LED． Key words Vinca minor L．，Vincamine，Extraction，Separation and purification. 绪论 长春花(Catharanthusro SCUS L)为夹竹桃科(Apocynaceae)长春花属(Catharanthus)植物，原产于非洲东海岸，现世界各地均有分布，我国的广东、广西、云南、海南、贵州、四川以及江浙一带均有栽培。长春花为亚灌木，株高可达60 cm，因花形优美且连续开放，故而是一种很受欢迎的观赏植物。但是在
