摘 要 随 It科 学技 术进 ^ 、数字 ^ 总迅 速 发展 ，加 j:传统 学术 期刊 的垄 断 ，幵放 获取 运 动 作 为 一 种新 的学 术 交流 ^ 念和 出版 投:式 丌始 兴起 。学 术机 构 知识 库 作 为 」放「 获 取 运 动 一个 重 要 产 物 在 全球 得 到 快 速 发 展 。然 而在 发展 过 稃 中却 !針临很 多 阻碍 和 人 们 的不 IH 确 认识 ，于 是在 国 内外 学术机构 知识库 可持续 发展成 为一 个重要 问题 。 本 文 旨在 探 讨 我 国学 术机 构 知识 库 可 持续 发 展影 响 因素 问题 ，文 章 主要 包 括 以 下 几个 主 要 部 分 。U ) 对 国 内外 学 术机 构 知识库 基 础 理 论进 行 分 析 、总 结和 归纳 ， 并着 重 对 国 内外 学 术 机 构 知识 库 可 持 续 发 展 方 面 文献 和 研 究项 目等 资料进 行 深 入 的 剖 析 。 （2 ) 在 基 础 理 论 分 析基础 上 ，提 出 国 内学术机 构 知识库可 持 续 发 展影 响 因素 ， 并构建 学术 机 构 知识 库 可 持 续 发展 影 响 因素 构成 维度 。 （3 ) 构 建 学 术机 构 知识 库 可 持 续发 展 影 响 因素 模 型 ，并提 出丌放 获取 意 识 、系统和 网络 、 内容 、管理和 政 策 、 用 户或提 交 者 、 ^ 期 构建 筹划 、服 务和 监 督 、反 馈 八个 方 面 的研 究假 设 。 （4 ) 进 行 学术机 构 知识 库 可 持 续发展 影 响 因素调研 ，分析 调 查 问卷 ，并 检验 研 究假 设和 模 型 修 ]H 。 （5 ) 对 文 章 内容进 行 总结 ，提 出本文 的研 究不足 和研 究展 望 。 关键 词 ：学术机构知识库 ；可持续发展 ；影响因素 ；丌放获取 A b stra c t W ith the advancem ent of science and techno logy, digital inform ation is develop ing rap id ly, coup led w ith the m onopo ly of traditional academ ic journals, open access m ovem ent begins to em erge as a new idea for academ ic exchanges and publish ing pattern s. A s an im portant product of op en access m ovem ent, in stitutional repositories are developing rapidly in the w orld. H ow ever, it faced w ith m any obstacles and incorrect understan dings in the dev elopm ent process. A nd the sustainab le developm ent of institutional repositories becom es an im portant issue in dom estic and foreign countries.
